Tutorial for completing a Digital Learning Agreement (During the mobility)
If you want to make changes to your chosen courses during your stay abroad, you will need to complete a Digital Learning Agreement (DLA).
This tutorial explains step by step how to fill in the Digital Learning Agreement in Mobility Online.
Important: Again, please do not complete the DLA until you have read the information on the Digital Learning Agreement and on credit transfer at your faculty.

Note for students of Cultural Studies:
For students of Cultural Studies, there are additional steps that need to be taken before completing the Digital Learning Agreement. You can find all the necessary information here.
First, log into Mobility Online with your ZIM account on the site.
Further advice:
In everyday communication, the term "OLA" (Online Learning Agreement) is often used. This is simply an alternative name for the DLA (Digital Learning Agreement). The DLA that you complete in Mobility Online is automatically sent electronically to your partner university.
General information on completing the DLA "during the mobility"
? When you begin your semester abroad, the “During your stay” section in Mobility Online will be activated for you.
? At the beginning, you must answer the questionnaire to determine whether you need to make any changes to your Learning Agreement “before the mobility.”
- If you answer “yes,” you will once again have the option to add or delete courses in the existing DLA. (exact, actual course selection at the partner university)
- It should be noted here that you cannot completely delete the courses from the DLA; instead, the DLA “before the mobility” remains as it was signed.
- The DLA “during the mobility” is merely a supplement to the original DLA, which shows what changes have been made.
- Therefore, please only enter changes; do not list all courses again if nothing has changed.
- When you have finished making changes, you must “check and sign” again. Then you must “submit” it again via the workflow.
- After that, as in the DLA “before the mobility,” it will automatically be sent to the recognition officers at the UPB and your host university, and your editing option will be blocked.
? The completed DLA “during the mobility” must be available in Mobility Online 5 weeks after the start of lectures. If there are any delays, please send a brief email to io-outgoing@zv.upb.de
? A minimum of 24 ECTS must still be taken
? Have you not made any changes to your course selection? Then answer “no” to the questionnaire in the Mobility Online application workflow.
