Leibniz Prize Winners
The Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Prize, currently worth up to 2.5 million euros, is the most highly endowed German research award. It has been awarded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) since 1986 and is considered the "German Nobel Prize."
