With the Sustainability Working Group at Paderborn University, we create an exchange platform for all status groups and jointly prepare the holistic transformation path. The groups is organised by the Sustainability Office and is institutionally linked to the Vice President for Business and Human Resources Administration and the Vice President for Knowledge and Technology Transfer.

The main topics and goals of the sustainability group are:
- Development of a university-wide understanding of sustainability
- Development of the sustainability strategy of Paderborn University
- Networking of the status groups on sustainability at Paderborn University
- Exchange with internal and external actors on sustainability

To maintain transparency, the minutes of the Sustainability Working Group meetings are made publicly available to all university members. The sessions will be held in German, but English-language contributions are welcome.
