The university alliance "COLOURS" (COLlaborative innOvative sUstainable Regional univerSities), estbalished in 2021, will receive 14 million euros in funding from the European Commission.
It is official: The COLOURS Alliance - under the lead coordination of Paderborn University - will officially become a "European University" and receive EU funding in the coming years to strengthen its collaboration, increase its international visibility and promote mobility within Europe.
"COLOURS" is now one of 50 "European Universities" within Europe to receive funding from the European Commission. With their activities, teaching and research projects, the various alliances intend to promote a European identity, focus their work on current social challenges and improve the performance and competitiveness of the European higher education system.
