What is "Voice & Presence" coaching?
The "Voice & Presence" coaching programme is aimed at managers at Paderborn University. As a manager, especially as a professor, you are regularly the centre of attention in your various roles, be it at conferences, in teaching, on committees or in external contexts. Individual coaching supports you in:
- convincingly representing the interests of your own field of work and achieving your own goals,
- presenting yourself confidently in everyday and presentation situations,
- conveying enthusiasm for your own topic,
- attracting attention and interest,
- presenting yourself with professional excellence by strengthening your personal presence.
Programme Information
- analysing the contexts in which the topic is relevant for the participant,
- joint definition of a goal,
- tools and training units tailored to the individual participant,
- training in specific situations,
- practical, concrete exercises that facilitate the transfer to everyday life,
- reflection,
- room for action is created, conscious shaping of communication becomes possible.
Interested professors and other managers can contact the Staff Development Department. After a brief clarification of objectives, Staff Development will put you in touch with our external cooperation partner Cornelia Fisch, who will carry out the coaching. After an initial meeting to get to know each other, Paderborn University will pay for a total of four hours of coaching, which you can arrange flexibly.

Cornelia Fisch - trained voice coach and opera singer
Cornelia Fisch works as a coach for voice and personal presence. Over 25 years of experience and her diverse training enable her to open up a harmonious approach to voice and presence for every person. The aim is to further develop existing potential. She works in a resource-oriented, individually perceptive way, with respect, courage and humour.
