Content

In the peer coaching programme 'Doing Your PhD in Germany', international doctoral candidates come together in small groups of four to six people to discuss current challenges they are facing in their academic or professional lives as international researchers at Paderborn University. In each session, one or two participants present a current challenge that is discussed in the group. We share experiences, give advice, and try to develop suitable solutions together.
